RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS are free - 30, 60 or 90 days...
Our return policy is applicable to all unused, undamaged items with the original package. The intention of the return policy is to offer a change-of-mind opportunity and guarantee that You are 100 % happy and satisfied. We try to make this as easy as possible for you.
For any items that are incomplete, damaged or used, please go to Warranties.
Our return policy lasts 30, 60 or 90 days after you received your item. A badge on the product detail page show you which. If no badge, then 30 days apply.
If you want to make a return please contact our customer service to agree on how and where to return items. We can not accept returns of gift cards, downloadable products or intimate, health and personal care items unless we marked the specific product page with a "money back"-badge.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and your order number will do just fine. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us, before contacting our customer service and agreeing on the next steps.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and your refund is approved a credit will be applied to you in the original method of payment. It can take a few days, up to a week, for the refund to arrive to you.
Shipping
Your return is free. Your shipping costs for the return will be credited to you. The original free shipping and delivery included in the price you paid for your product will always be refunded, while any extra payments you have done to pay for or upgrade delivery will not be refunded.
